The Leadership Compass: A Guided Learning Journey PROGRAM OVERVIEW Participants spend less than 20 hours spread across a six-week, guided learning journey, building a solid foundation of leadership skills while learning to be a self-aware, conscious leader who manages with confidence, vision and trust. The Leadership Compass is a blended learning solution that mixes hands-on virtual training sessions led by senior expert facilitators and self-guided study of varied interactive content, with social sharing exercises to drive engagement among the participants. This Guided Learning Journey builds the critical skills needed to drive the best performance from a team, as well as from the participants themselves.
