PROGRAM PREP WEEK 2 2 Learning Session 5: Growing Your Influence Individual 1-1 Coaching "Launch" Session WEEK 3 3 Learning Session 2: Your Leadership Footprint Learning Session 1: Intentional Communication WEEK 1 1 Virtual Program 16 learning hours paced over 3 weeks Pre-Program Assessment 30 minutes Five Virtual Learning Sessions 16 learning hours in total Two Self-Paced "Bridge" Learning Assignments 1 hour in total One Individual 1-1 Coaching "Launch" Session 30 minutes Bridge Learning Assignment Self-paced – 30 min* Bridge Learning Assignment Self-paced – 30 min DISC Behavioral Assessment 30 min Learning Session 4: EI in the Age of AI: Empathy and Connection Learning Session 3: Building Trust and Connection * Self-paced learning comprised of videos, short courses, podcasts, articles, white papers, etc. Total time commitment for Bridge Learning Assignments is 1 hour.
