Program Componenets Pre-Program Assessment Before the program start, participants will take an on- line DiSCĀ® behavioral assessment. This assessment will give insight into each individual's particular behavioral style and preferences, while also providing a foun- dational common language which will be integrated throughout the duration of the learning journey. Virtual Sessions There are seven instructor-led, virtual learning ses- sions that explore various dimensions of leadership. The sessions are designed to be interactive, engaging and application-based. Bridge Learning "Bridge" learning assignments are self-paced assign- ments that provide participants with the opportunity to extend or deepen their learning. Bridge assign- ments are designed to accommodate a variety of learning styles and include videos, podcasts, articles, white papers, and application challenges. Individual Coaching Sessions After the first session, participants meet individually with a CEG facilitator to review their DiSCĀ® assess- ment. Post-program, participants receive targeted feedback and finalize their action plans to successfully "launch" into the next phase of their careers. Capstone Event The program will conclude with a capstone event where participants will provide solutions on how to be a successful women leader at Lumentum. This learning journey focuses on building the mindset and skill set women need to be confident and successful in leadership roles.
