Nyah Lynn Edwards serves as an equity and inclusion professional and certified professional coach with an emphasis in leadership development. Her mission is to grow servant and transformative leaders to meet the challenges and opportunities of today and prepare themselves for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of human development capital, including serving in several key leadership roles in human resources. She has engaged in a vast number of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) projects and facilitated DE&I for thousands of leaders over the course of her ca- reer, using facts, storytelling, experiential learning, and other theories to ensure transference of learning to the workplace. Nyah is a recipient of President Barack Obama's 2017 President's Lifetime Achievement Award. Lorraine Leahy is known for bringing leaders and team members together and helping them to recognize and appreciate the impact their individual talents and core strengths bring to an organization. In doing so, she helps to foster a collaborative climate for them to design the strategic and tactical roadmaps needed to support the goals of the business, including defining the portfolio of initiatives, standards, and processes necessary to deliver on those goals. She has more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience and over a decade of experience as an internal and external leadership coach, mentoring and advising leaders and teams to achieve exceptional performance. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator of GE's renowned Six Sigma, Work-Outâ„¢ and Change Accel- eration Process (CAP) models, and was selected for the GE Capital Advanced Leadership and Facilitation Network (ALFN), a select group that receives intensive training in facilitation and executive coaching. As an ALFN member, she facilitated Executive Leadership Strategy and Work-Outâ„¢ sessions for GE Corporate, GE Capital and GE Financial Executives. Becky Brown, trainer, coach, and consultant with Corporate Education Group (CEG), has over 12 years of expe- rience consulting with Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, education, and small businesses as an HR executive and professional coach. With a strong background in Human Resources, she has worked with small business- es, Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, and education systems to orchestrate strategic, impactful change in their business. Whether it is creating whole talent management systems, leading enterprise-wide change, creating cutting-edge business strategies, coaching high-potentials, or growing/developing all employ- ees, she brings innovation and creativity to the workplace. Becky is a certified professional coach (ICF CPC) with experience coaching first-time, first-level, middle-man- agement, and C-Suite leaders. She has delivered keynote speeches and has been a conference session leader for numerous HR industry conferences. She is a certified iPec Energy Leadership Coach and is certified to deliver the following assessments: Hogan, Birkman, and Energy Leadership. Christa Kirby is VP of Talent Development and Global Practice Director for Management and Leadership and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Corporate Education Group (CEG). A licensed psychotherapist, Chris- ta integrates her global experience as a mental health professional with her passion for holistically devel- oping leaders and teams. For the last 25 years, she has been designing and delivering impactful learning experiences to companies, nonprofits, and non-governmental organizations all over the world. Christa has also played a pivotal role in various national and global initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, civil society building, and conflict resolution. Her work has taken her across North America, throughout Western and Northern Europe, as well as to countries including Afghanistan, Bosnia, Croatia, Romania, Estonia, Ethiopia, India, and Singapore.
