Session 2: Your Leadership Footprint (3 hours)
What is your unique footprint as a leader? In this
interactive session we begin with the character
strengths and qualities that differentiate you
from others, and we use these as a springboard

crete behaviors, we connect and align these be-
haviors with your governing values. The session
culminates in an activity that integrates what you
have learned from others with what sets you

leadership coat of arms, you'll gain insight into
how to "do who you are" as a leader in a way
that inspires and motivates others.
