SLII® — Create Success with a Situational
Approach to Leadership
The most widely taught leadership model in the
world, the SLII framework that easy to understand
and take action on. One leadership style does not fit
every individual in every situation, because people
need different levels of direction and support based
on their level of competence and commitment on a
particular task. SLII helps leaders correctly diagnose
team members' development levels, set SMART goals,
and then match their leadership style to the situation.
■ LBAII® (Leader Behavior Analysis)
Available as a self-assessment or a 360, this
measures a leader's ability to flex and adapt their
leadership style based on situational needs. It
identifies one's dominant, secondary, and develop-
ing styles, shedding light on leadership strengths
and blind spots.
EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment
Emotional intelligence is set of emotional and social
skills that influence the way we: perceive and express
ourselves; develop and maintain social relationships;
cope with challenges; make use of emotional infor-
mation cope with challenges; make use of emotional
information.
