GROUP COACHING
Most organizational projects and initiatives either suc-
ceed or fail based on the ability of individuals to work
cohesively and productively with colleagues in teams.
Group coaching is designed to zero-in on challenges
and barriers blocking team effectiveness, helping
team members develop skills and pathways through
to outstanding performance. It does this by:
■ Creating a shared learning experience, with a
support network of colleagues that can provide
feedback and reflection.
■ Bringing together diverse groups of individuals to
focus on developing fresh ideas, approaches and
solutions encouraging shared accountability.
■ Using the best of social and experiential learning
where individuals learn from each other, tackling
real-world situations and accelerating knowledge
and skill growth.
■ Offering a cost-effective and scalable solution
where one coach reaches more individuals simul-
taneously.
CEG offers Group Coaching Solutions covering a va-
riety of topic from burnout, presentation skills, feed-
back, change and more. Below is an overview of two
of our group coaching offerings.
Leading Others through Change
Decades of change management research supports
the fact that when it comes to workplace change,
people managers are impacted the most. They first
have to find their own way through the change as
an employee, and then they need to help motivate,
listen to, and guide the various individuals they lead
through it. CEG's Leading Others through Change
program is targeted specifically to managers; it is
comprised of facilitated small group workshops that
provide the opportunity to learn and then practice
critical relational skills in a relational setting. Partic-
ipants learn from the facilitator as well as others in
their cohort, engaging in targeted skill practice and
the sharing of stories, challenges, and successes.
