Belonging courses cover a wide array of topics, including: psychological
safety;
unconscious bias; intercultural competence; inclusive leadership;
and emotional intelligence. Gain insight into the neuroscience of bias
and learn techniques to mitigate and dismantle it. Investigate dimensions
of diversity that have shaped the opportunities that have come your
way, as well as your career choices and life experiences. Get in touch
with your inner ally and build skills to drive deeper dialogue using
real-life scenarios.
