Program Description
This highly interactive program is designed to build the mindset and skill set
needed to successfully bridge the transition between individual contributor and
manager or leader of people. Throughout this experiential learning journey, par-
ticipants will explore various dimensions of leadership with a focus on building
strong relationships and delivering results. Topics addressed include: intentional
communication, active listening, enhancing self-awareness, coaching and devel-
oping others, and building trust and connection.
Flexible and scalable in terms of program duration and delivery method, this
learning journey is aligned with best practices in learning experience design
(LXD). The program is structured and paced in such a way that participants
begin with foundational skills and continue to build upon them as the learning
journey unfolds. Activities include individual reflection, paired dialogue, role
play, small group collaboration, discussion, mini case studies, and real-world
application exercises.
