Program Description
Approachability, adaptability, agility, integrity, clarity, candor, accountability,
strategic thinking…these are some of the top skills needed for senior leaders in
today's ever-changing business environment.
CEG's Executive Leaders Learning Journey will equip senior leaders with these
skills and more that are needed to handle everyday business challenges and
drive results. Leaders will refine their executive presence and increase confi-
dence in their interactions with others, learn to think critically to analyze prob-
lems and issues to find solutions, develop skills to build a culture of candor and
commitment, and improve their leadership agility.
The program is designed to run over four weeks. Each week begins with a live
virtual classroom session and ends with a coaching session. Team work is as-
signed each week and provides participants with the opportunity to collaborate
and extend their learning experience.
Before the program start, participants take an online DISC assessment, followed
by a 1-on-1 debrief with a CEG facilitator. This assessment tool is designed to
provide insight about leadership style.
