Program Components PROGRAM PREPARATION Online DISC Assessment (30 min) 1-on-1 Assessment Debrief (1 h) Week 1 Session 1: Executive Presence (1 h) During this session, you will learn to: ■ Increase your positive influence and lessen negative interactions. ■ Be calmer and more confident when speaking to others. ■ Balance both credibility and approachability. Team Work Assignment (60-90 min) Team Coaching Session (1 hour per team) Week 2 Session 2: Critical Thinking (1 h) During this session, you will learn to: ■ Make better decisions. ■ Think and reason differently. ■ Apply broad knowledge and seasoned experience to address complex and critical issues. Team Work Assignment (60-90 min) Team Coaching Session (1 hour per team) Individual Coaching Session (30 min) Week 3 Session 3: Leading with Agility (1 h) During this session, you will learn to: ■ Build the character strengths of agile leaders. ■ Apply the four super skills of agile teams. ■ Apply the three capabilities of leadership agility. Team Work Assignment (60-90 min) Team Coaching Session (1 hour per team) Week 4 Session 4: Drive Culture and Accountability (1 h) During this session, you will learn to: ■ Use clarity and candor to shift culture, create trust, and keep the organization engaged. ■ Infuse accountability and measure it to support cultural change.
