Wherever you are in your DE&I journey, this program will help you move closer to creating a culture of conscious inclusion, where everyone feels welcome to grow, connect, and contribute. Target Audience Tackling Bias and Creating Inclusion is designed for individuals in any position and at any level who are interested in learning more about the importance of DE&I. Program Components Pre-Program Assessment Before the program start, participants will take a research-based, online implicit association test. Results will be discussed during the first learning session. Virtual Learning Sessions There are three instructor-led, virtual learning sessions that explore various dimensions of bias, diversity, and inclusion. Each session is two hours in duration. Bridge Learning "Bridge" learning assignments are interspersed between learning sessions and feature a variety of self-paced assignments that provide participants with the opportunity to extend or deepen their learning. Individual 1-1 Coaching "Launch" Session At the end of the program, participants meet individually with a CEG facilitator to receive tar - geted feedback and finalize their action plans to successfully "launch" into the next phase of their careers.
