ROBERT PROTHO Robert Protho, senior trainer and consultant with Corporate Education Group, is a dynamic talent management and organizational develop- ment leader with global experience in leadership development and coaching. Robert has a bachelor's degree in Business Ad- ministration from the University of Phoenix and holds numerous certifications, including: iPEC Executive Coaching Program (ICF Affiliated), Un- conscious Bias Facilitator Certification, Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, and ProsciĀ® Certified Change Practitioner. CAROLINA DEWELL Carolina Dewell, senior trainer and consultant with Corporate Education Group, has over 20 years of experience in driving talent strategies that drive business results. She has proven exper - tise in and passion for talent development, suc- cession planning, culture, change management and organizational development. Carolina has the ability to influence and become a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels. She has extensive interna - tional experience and is fully bilingual in Spanish. Carolina holds a Master's degree in Human Re- source Development from George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Resource Management from Virginia Tech. She has been certified in the DISC Profile, Zenger-Folkman 360 assessment, Predictive Index Profile, and Situa - tional Leadership II.
