Christa Kirby is VP of Talent Development and
Practice Director for Management and Leadership
at Corporate Education Group (CEG). She is pas-
sionate about social justice and has played a piv-
otal role in various initiatives focused on diversity
and inclusion, civil society building, and conflict
resolution. For more than 20 years, Christa has
been designing and delivering learning experienc

es for corporations, non-governmental organiza-
tions and foundations on topics including: global
leadership; communication; project management;
and cultural and emotional intelligence. A licensed
psychotherapist, PMP® and Prosci® Certified
Change Practitioner, Christa has worked across
North America, throughout Western and Northern
Europe, as well as in countries including Afghani

stan, Bosnia, Croatia, Romania, Estonia, Ethiopia,
India, and Singapore.
