of when and where "work" takes place? To what degree should physical
positioning return to what it was before the pandemic? And how do we
balance business demands with individual needs and preferences?
The next-new-normal of hybrid work has arrived, with a new and unique
set of competencies required to manage the intricacies of hybrid team
dynamics. Invisible power differentials need to be examined and balanced
out involving team members' visibility, access to resources, relationship
building, and integration into organizational culture. While the challenges
presented by hybrid work are structurally inevitable, the benefits are
exponential for those who equip themselves to navigate these brand
new waters.
Rebooting for Reboarding is a highly-interactive learning journey focused
on building the mindset, skill set and tool set managers need in order to
create and sustain success with hybrid work. Over the course of five 3-hour
learning sessions, you'll explore ways to transform team culture to enable
all members to contribute, collaborate, and perform at their best, regard
