Building an Inclusive Culture for Your
Hybrid Team
In this session, we'll look at hybrid work through an
equity lens with a goal of creating a hybrid team culture
in
which all team members can contribute, collaborate,
and perform at their best, regardless of physical
location.
What
you will learn:
• Identify power differentials introduced by hybrid
work arrangements.
• Utilize a framework to inform decision parameters
around hybrid work.
• Define concrete steps for balancing inequities
around access to resources and visibility.
• Leverage a best practice template to brainstorm
inclusive norms for your team.
Designing and Delivering Inclusive Meetings
The goal of this session is to enhance your facilitation
skills so that you run more effective, inclusive meet-
ings that engage your audience and accomplish your
objectives.
What you will learn:
• Describe inclusive facilitation skills.
• Connect inclusive facilitation techniques with
positive meeting outcomes.

Identify challenges unique to facilitating hybrid
meetings.
• Define best practices for the 4 stages of meeting
facilitation.
• Apply inclusive facilitation skills to real-life meeting
scenarios.
Building Psychological Safety at Work
What does it take to create and sustain psychologi-
cal safety at work? What behaviors cultivate mutual
respect
and trust? What actions and norms erode it?
And how do we stimulate productive conflict while
continuing to strengthen relationships and enhance
team performance? In this session we will explore ways
to leverage a coaching mindset to develop, challenge,
and support your team.
What you will learn:
• Explain the benefits of psychological safety.
• Articulate the critical connection between "failure"
and success.
• Identify ways to create intentional space for you
and your team to be in the Learning Zone.

Brainstorm team norms that promote
psychological safety.
•
List critical coaching behaviors that foster trust,
growth, and development.
• Describe the four stages of psychological safety.
• Distinguish between functional and dysfunctional
conflict.
