2 3 ONE-ONE COACHING In today's fast-paced, ever-changing world, we could all benefit from having a trusted advisor by our side. Having a one-on-one coaching relationship can pro- vide you with exactly that by: ■ Developing an individual, one-on-one coaching experience tailored to your needs. ■ Focusing on accelerated, skills-based solutions that gets results and improves performance. ■ Motivating you to stay on track through the challenging times and making accountability an everyday activity. ■ Creating a safe, non-judgmental learning space to confront issues like burnout, leadership chal- lenges and high-speed change. ■ Improving your ability to communicate effec- tively, bringing about meaningful, personal, and organizational change. Each coaching engagement includes: ■ Specific and measurable outcomes agreed upon by all stakeholders ■ Customized plan, including what's needed to sustain success ■ Access to the coach between coaching sessions ■ Relevant homework between sessions ■ Additional learning resources as identified. Each coaching engagement is unique in goals, cadence, duration, and components such as as- sessments, and independent learning assignments. However, the framework below takes into account expectation and standards for all engagements: ■ Access to the coach — support will be available in between coaching sessions in the form of brief phone calls, emails, and referral to resources. A 24 hour response is guaranteed, typically it's faster. ■ Adherence to International Coaching Stan- dards — All information discussed between Coach and Coachee is confidential. ■ Client-Coach relationship — Having a coach is a shared responsibility. It is imperative for the Coachee to voice his/her needs. The Coach needs to know what is needed and wanted, what is working and not working in the coaching part- nership. The Coach commits to be uncondition- ally constructive and to challenge the Coachee towards desired results. Improving your ability to communicate effectively, bringing about meaningful, personal, and organizational change.
