Target Audience Designed for leaders of leaders and mid-level managers, this program builds key interpersonal and strategic skills, equipping leaders to better navigate both today's challenges and tomorrow's uncertainties. Program Components PROGRAM PREPARATION Pre-Program Assessment Before the program launch, participants will take the OPTM360 assessment, followed by a 1-on-1 debrief and laser coaching session with a CEG facilitator. This assessment tool is designed to help identify certain behaviors that can be changed or improved to optimize their professional success. Manager Alignment Session (Recommended but Optional) The purpose of this 30-minute session is for the CEG facilitator to give the managers of individ- uals in the cohort an overview of the learning journey experience. This is a best practice rec- ommendation, as it helps to level set manager expectations — what is expected of them and what is expected of individuals in the cohort — in terms of participation and engagement level throughout the duration of the learning journey. Participant (Individual) Meetings with Managers (Recommended but Optional) These targeted 30-minute sessions provide the opportunity for individuals in the cohort to meet individually with their managers and set goals for the learning journey. The meetings also cement the explicit agreement between managers and cohort members as to their expected level of participation and engagement throughout the learning journey. DURING THE PROGRAM Virtual Sessions The cohort meets for a 1-hour kick-off event at the beginning of the program and a 3-hour capstone event at the end of the program. In between, there are six 3-hour learning sessions that explore various dimensions of leadership. Bridge Learning "Bridge" learning assignments are self-paced and provide participants with the opportunity to extend or deepen their learning. Designed to accommodate a variety of learning styles, bridge assignments include videos, podcasts, articles, white papers, and application challenges. Learning Anchors (Optional) These sessions are client-sponsored learning events featuring internal SME champions. The intent is to integrate training with client strategy. Small Group / Capstone Team Coaching Sessions Midway through the learning journey, capstone teams of 4 will be formed. Team composition will reflect a variety of diversity factors, giving individuals the opportunity to benefit from each other's perspectives and experiences. During these one-hour coaching sessions, teams will collaborate to create a capstone presentation, focusing on applying their learning to solve a current business challenge that exists for the organization. (These will be identified by key business stakeholders before the launch of the program.) Teams will deliver their presentations – and make their recommendations – to the cohort and a select audience during the capstone event.
