In our suite of learning solutions focused on diversity, equity, and
inclusion (DE&I), we explore this landscape from a starting place of
self-inquiry
and self-awareness. Infusing all of our curriculum in this
section is the belief that empathy lies at the heart of true DE&I success.

conviction is woven into course design and delivery, and it informs
our coaching and consulting mindset. Activating empathy invites
reflection, perspective taking, and interpersonal connection. It involves

blind

Our learning journeys and standalone DE&I courses cover a wide array
of topics, including: psychological safety; unconscious bias; intercultural
competence; inclusive leadership; and emotional intelligence. Gain
insight into the neuroscience of bias and learn techniques to mitigate

dismantle it. Investigate dimensions of diversity that have shaped
the opportunities that have come your way, as well as your career
choices and life experiences. Get in touch with your inner ally and build
skills to drive deeper dialogue using real-life scenarios.
To complement our learning solutions, we offer coaching and consulting
services. Our experienced team can meet you where you are in your
DE&I journey. Starting with an assessment of your current state, we'll
identify barriers to equity and inclusion and collaborate with you to
create and implement a go-forward strategy. We will help you create
