In this session, we will use the DiSC® framework

explore how your personality impacts your
communication preferences. We'll investigate the
priorities, stressors, and motivators that map to
various DiSC® styles, giving you insight into how
to better communicate and connect with others.

Session 2: Manager as Coach (3 hours)
An important part of a manager's role is to em-
power and develop their team members to reach
their
full potential. Rather than simply giving
orders, a manager-coach guides employees, pro-
viding support and feedback to help them grow
both
professionally and personally. This session
will focus on using effective coaching behaviors
together with a framework for coaching conver-
sations that avoid defensiveness and promote
joint
problem solving.

knowing what to communicate, but knowing
how to communicate. In this session we'll explore
how observable behaviors often map to different
DiSC® styles and how this can affect and influ-
ence how individuals receive and respond
to communications.
