invaluable data.
The Project Management Skills Assessment is
composed of 144 multiple-choice questions and
delivered online. Each individual's competencies are
rated on a scale from unaware to expert. Ratings can
then be defined by individual, group, or organizational
levels to help target training efforts, set employee
improvements plans, and ensure your organization
has the right business processes and systems in place.
Reports
You will receive each participant's individual coaching
report and a rolled-up group summary report. We
can also capture additional information such as an
individual's title/role, business unit, or region for
further analysis of results.
Need to Present the Findings
to Management?
We offer an optional executive summary and recom-
mendations report developed by a subject matter
expert who will analyze the data to identify trends in
strengths and weaknesses and recommend a training
solution plan.
